Product Model: ASC-NPG71 Color Toner
Improvement Point: Customers reported that the ASC-G71 color toner exhibited color bleeding (red) during use.
Improvement Completion Date: December 2024
Improvement Measures: By improving the process and materials, we improved the toner particle size distribution, adjusted the D50, Pop, and Vol values to normalize the charge distribution. Our technical engineers also analyzed that the toner’s excessive fluidity was one of the causes of the color bleeding, so we replaced the external additive to reduce the toner’s fluidity.
After the improvement, the blue, yellow, and black toners showed no color bleeding after continuously printing 50,000 pages. The red toner showed slight bleeding, which was deemed acceptable after actual testing by the customer.
