In November 1993, the company was established as a joint venture with a Taiwanese partner, introducing a toner production line and related technologies.

In July 2003, following a restructuring, it became a Sino-German joint venture, adopting European management models. Since then, 80% of its products have been exported to the European market.

The company obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification from SGS Switzerland and UKAS UK, and participated in formulating national standards for the toner industry as one of the drafting units.

Both the company and its products were recognized as a "Hebei Provincial High-tech Enterprise" and "Hebei Provincial High-tech Product."

A significant achievement came in 2009 when the company's "Dry Physical Color Toner and its Preparation Method" was granted an invention patent by the State Intellectual Property Office. This innovation filled a technological gap in China and earned the company 1 million RMB in innovation support funds from the Hebei Provincial Government.

This patented technology was further honored in 2011 with the "Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" from the Cangzhou Municipal People's Government.

The company's high-tech status was reaffirmed in 2014, as it was again awarded the titles of "Hebei Provincial High-tech Enterprise" and "Hebei Provincial High-tech Product."

In January 2018, it was designated as a Hebei Provincial Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Two months later, in March, its "ASC Brand Laser Printer Toner" was named a "Hebei Provincial Excellent Product" by the Provincial Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau.

On December 26, 2023, ASC was rated as a Hebei Provincial Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.
Furthermore, as of 2023, ASC has maintained an "Tax Credit A-level" rating from the Hebei Provincial Electronic Tax Bureau of the State Taxation Administration for six consecutive years.
