A Side Note on the ASC Flour Industry Annual Meeting: Moving Forward Together, Sharing Warmth

On the 22nd day of the twelfth lunar month, the Aisk Flour Industry factory area was bustling with activity early in the morning. Several employees set up ladders and pasted bright red Spring Festival couplets on the doorframes, the company motto “Respect Heaven and Love People” standing out prominently in the morning light. In the conference room, colleagues from the administration department were busily organizing materials for the annual meeting. This year’s awards ceremony was highly anticipated—the Sales Champion, Innovation Expert, and Ten-Year Contribution Award, among others, would be announced one by one. The General Manager, looking through the certificates of honor in his hand, exclaimed, “It is everyone’s hard work that has made the vision of ‘becoming a happy and century-old enterprise for employees’ a reality step by step.” In the afternoon, the annual meeting officially began. When the award winners stood on the stage to receive their awards, the applause from the audience was thunderous. Holding his “Ten-Year Contribution Award” trophy, a veteran employee said emotionally, “Daily reflection, gratitude, and altruism are not only the company’s values, but also my life motto.” During the group photo, everyone shouted in unison, “Gratitude, Altruism, Inclusiveness, and Progress!”** The shutter clicked, capturing this heartwarming moment. The most anticipated part finally arrived—the company prepared generous year-end bonuses for each employee. Smiles beamed as they received their red envelopes. A young employee counted his bonus, excitedly saying, “Next year, I’ll put in as much effort as anyone else and strive to get an ‘Excellence Award’ too!” As the sun set, everyone left, clutching their prizes and Spring Festival couplets. The newly pasted couplets on the factory gate fluttered gently in the wind, the first line reading, “Deeply cultivating the path of printing craftsmanship,” and the second line, “Together forging a century of Aisike spirit.” **On this day, they not only received rewards but also found the strength to continue their journey together.

Canal Park Environmental Volunteer Initiative & Corporate Learning Tour

On January 17th, the first day of the coldest period of winter, more than forty volunteers braved the biting wind at the Wuqiao County Canal Park, picking up litter scattered among the trees and bushes. This marked the beginning of an environmental protection volunteer activity and corporate field trip organized by the Wuqiao County Volunteer Association and co-sponsored by Cangzhou ASC Toner production Ltd. At the event site, volunteers adopted a combination of group action, targeted cleanup, and comprehensive coverage to conduct a thorough cleanup of nearly 10,000 square meters of the canal park area, including the embankment road and parking lots.  This effort aimed to create a clean and tidy environment to welcome the opening of the Acrobatics World Fantasy City and the arrival of the Chinese New Year of the Horse.     Ms. Lin Xueyan, General Manager of Cangzhou asc toner prodcution Ltd., a co-organizing unit, shared her personal entrepreneurial journey and experiences in building a learning-oriented enterprise. She expressed her strong appreciation for the association’s provision of opportunities for study tours and practical activities.
